Internship at IKEA for refugee women
Do you enjoy working with people and advising them? Then get to know the world of Sales, Food, Logistics, and Customer Service at IKEA! Before your internship begins, you’ll receive a 6-week free online training from socialbee. Afterwards, a 2-week internship gives you hands-on experience at IKEA.

Locations: Frankfurt, Cologne, Dusseldorf, Dusseldorf-Kaarst, Munich, Hamburg
Next start date: 22 September
Training + internship duration: 6 weeks training, then 2 weeks internship
Pay: This is an unpaid internship (with a possibility of a permanent position)
Language required: German A2 (minimum)
Contract: Preferably full-time, available in shifts

What to expect:
Step 1: Apply

Step 2: Training
The program begins with a 7-week online training from socialbee, where you will learn the essential soft skills needed to start your internship. You’ll receive job-start training, application training, sales training, and optionally a German course and Female Empowerment training.
Step 3: Internship
Your two-week internship begins in one of the following areas: sales, customer service, food, or logistics/warehouse. You’ll get to know daily work life at IKEA and be assigned a buddy you can always turn to. Meals are also free for you.
Step 4: Chance for a permanent position!
After successfully completing your internship, you’ll have the chance to receive a permanent position at IKEA. Take your future into your own hands now!
