You will get a job interview if your profile matches a job opportunity with us. In this interview, we will introduce the job opportunity and check again if it fits. If it does, we send your profile to the partner company and get back to you about whether the partner company wants to meet you or not.
No, there are no application deadlines. You apply for the socialbee talent pool and we contact you as soon as we have a suitable job opportunity. Meanwhile, you can already use our job-specific training offers for free.

We support you during the first months on the job with coaching. If you are unhappy, we look for solutions together and sometimes also for alternatives.

We offer more than just a job search. You get personal coaching, online training, language courses, and help with all bureaucracy - while always staying in control. All trainings and language courses are free for you. Our job search is also free of charge.
It depends on the job opportunity you apply for. Normally, the training lasts about 3 weeks, but you are very flexible during this time and can do most training when you have time.

A smartphone is enough to start as all learning content can be accessed via smartphone. We can also provide you with a tablet if we see a realistic job opportunity and further specific training becomes relevant.
